As soon as Mila accepts the invite, she is in “Whole team” – nobody has to add her. Anyone who leaves the team loses access to the chat at once.
Conversations
Everyone on the team is in “Whole team” automatically. On top of it you create groups – say, “Front desk” – or message a colleague directly.
New colleagues join the team group on their own, and anyone who leaves the team loses access at once.
Name the group and pick who is in it. Its admins – and the owner, if they are in it – add and remove members.
Find a conversation or an old message by a single word.

Only your staff – clients never see it. A direct chat is visible only to the two people in it, and a group only to its members. Anyone who leaves the team loses access at once, and their messages stay in the history.

Yes. Mylink sends a notification to the devices where you have allowed notifications. On an iPhone, they arrive once you add mylink.bg to the home screen from Safari. You can mute a conversation – then it only rings when someone mentions you.
Photos (JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF), PDF, Word, Excel and text files – up to 10 MB each and up to 10 files in one message.
You can edit and delete your own messages, and the owner can delete any message in the conversations they are in. Deleting removes it for everyone in the conversation.
