Frequently asked questions
Do clients need to download an app?
No. They book from your link in their phone’s browser. A name, phone and email are enough – no account needed.
Is there a commission?
Not on bookings. You pay a fixed monthly price, however many clients you book.
Can I take a deposit from new clients only?
Yes. You choose whether the deposit applies to everyone, only new clients or everyone except VIPs. It’s a fixed amount or a share of the price.
How do I do a patch test before the first set?
Add the patch test as a separate short service, and attach an allergy questionnaire to the full set. The client fills it in when she books.
What if a client doesn’t show up?
If you take deposits, you keep it: it’s charged automatically when free cancellation ends. You can block clients who don’t show up.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Send us your list – a spreadsheet or an export from your current system – and we’ll import it for you.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and stop whenever you like. The first 45 days are free.
