Frequently asked questions
Do clients need to download an app?
No. They book from your link in their phone’s browser. A name, phone and email are enough – no account needed.
I only have one table. Which plan do I need?
Start, at €15 a month, covers online booking, reminders, deposits and client records. Pro, at €25, adds packages, gift cards and an online shop.
Is there a commission?
Not on bookings. You pay a fixed monthly price, however many clients you book.
Can I take a bigger deposit for extensions?
Yes, if you set the deposit as a share of the price. Then it comes out higher for extensions than for gel polish.
Can I also book clients who call me?
Yes. You add them to the calendar, and Mylink reminds them like everyone else.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Send us your list – a spreadsheet or an export from your current system – and we’ll import it for you.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and stop whenever you like. The first 45 days are free.
