Frequently asked questions
Do clients need to download an app?
No. They sign up from your link in their phone’s browser. A name, phone and email are enough – no account needed.
Is there a commission?
Not on bookings. You pay a fixed monthly price, however many clients you book.
What if someone signs up and doesn’t come?
If they paid online, the money stays with you, and if they’re on a package, the visit comes off it. You can block clients who keep not showing up.
Can clients buy a package online?
Yes. They pay online and the package is active straight away. You can sell it at the studio too.
Does it work for a personal trainer?
Yes. Personal training sessions are booked as one-to-one appointments with you, with a reminder and a deposit if you want. The Start plan is enough for those.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Send us your list – a spreadsheet or an export from your current system – and we’ll import it for you.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and stop whenever you like. The first 45 days are free.
