Can I ask about allergies and pregnancy before a treatment?
Yes. Create a questionnaire and attach it to the treatments that need it. Clients fill it in when they book, and the answers stay on their record.
Can I sell a course of treatments?
Yes, as a package on the Pro plan. The client pays for the course once, and Mylink marks every visit and shows how many are left.
Is there a commission?
Not on bookings. You pay a fixed monthly price, however many clients you book.
What if a client doesn’t show up?
If you take deposits, you keep it: it’s charged automatically when free cancellation ends. You can block clients who don’t show up.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Send us your list – a spreadsheet or an export from your current system – and we’ll import it for you.
Do clients need to download an app?
No. They book from your link in their phone’s browser. A name, phone and email are enough – no account needed.
Is there a contract?
