Booking is free, with no booking fees. You only pay for the service: at the place, or online by card if the place offers it.
It depends on the place. Many places take bookings without an account, with just your name, phone and email. With an account you see all your bookings in one place and can move them.
Yes. The confirmation arrives by email right after you book, with a file for your calendar. Before your visit you also get an email reminder, and an SMS if the place has switched it on.
Open the link in your confirmation email, or sign in and go to “Reservations”. Each place sets its own free-cancellation window, usually 24 hours before the visit. With an account you can also move your booking to another free slot while the window is open.
If the place takes online payments, yes, by card: a deposit for a booking, a package of visits, a gift card or a group class. Otherwise you pay at the place.
Open “Places” and allow access to your location, and the nearest places come first. You can see them on the map too.
