Do owners need to download an app?
No. They book from your link in their phone’s browser. A name, phone and email are enough – no account needed.
Can I charge different prices by breed?
Yes. Create separate services for small, medium and large breeds, each with its own price and length. Owners pick the right one when they book.
Where do I keep the dog’s details?
In the notes on the owner’s record: breed, weight, temperament, allergies. If they have two dogs, you write about both there.
Is there a commission?
Not on bookings. You pay a fixed monthly price, however many clients you book.
What if a client doesn’t show up?
If you take deposits, you keep it: it’s charged automatically when free cancellation ends. You can block clients who don’t show up.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Send us your list – a spreadsheet or an export from your current system – and we’ll import it for you.
Is there a contract?
