How do I add walk-ins?
Add them to the calendar from your phone – even without a name if you’re in a hurry. That time is no longer offered online.
Do clients need to download an app?
No. They book from your link in their phone’s browser. A name, phone and email are enough – no account needed.
Is there a commission?
Not on bookings. You pay a fixed monthly price, however many clients you book.
What if someone doesn’t show up?
If you take deposits, you keep it: it’s charged automatically when free cancellation ends. You can block clients who don’t show up.
How much is it for three barbers?
On the Start plan you pay €15 a month plus €15 for each extra barber – €45 for three. Reception and admin staff who don’t take clients are free.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Send us your list – a spreadsheet or an export from your current system – and we’ll import it for you.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and stop whenever you like. The first 45 days are free.
