Frequently asked questions
Do clients need to download an app?
No. They book from your link in their phone’s browser. A name, phone and email are enough – no account needed.
Is there a commission?
Not on bookings. You pay a fixed monthly price, however many clients you book.
Can I take deposits for colour and balayage?
Yes. The deposit applies to all services, but it can be a percentage of the price, so it’s bigger for a balayage than for a haircut. Take it from everyone, only from new clients or from everyone except VIPs.
What if a client doesn’t show up?
If you take deposits, you keep it: it’s charged automatically when free cancellation ends. You can block clients who don’t show up.
How much is it for a salon with several stylists?
Start is €15 a month and Pro is €25. Each extra stylist is +€15 a month, and reception staff are free.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Send us your list – a spreadsheet or an export from your current system – and we’ll import it for you.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and stop whenever you like. The first 45 days are free.
