How long does it take to start?
About 10 minutes: profile, services and opening hours. If you prefer, leave your number and we’ll set it up together.
Do patients need to download an app?
No. They book from your link in their phone’s browser – a name, phone and email are enough. If a patient would rather call, you add the booking to the calendar yourself.
Does every doctor get their own calendar?
Yes. Every specialist has their own services and calendar. Opening hours are shared by the practice, while time off and breaks are set for each person.
Is there a commission?
Not on bookings. You pay a fixed monthly price, however many patients you book.
What if a patient doesn’t show up?
If you take deposits, you keep it: it’s charged automatically when free cancellation ends. You can block patients who don’t show up.
Can I bring my existing patients?
Yes. Send us your list – a spreadsheet or an export from your current system – and we’ll import it for you.
Is there a contract?
