Can I offer the same massage at 60 and 90 minutes?
Yes. Add options to the service, each with its own length and price. Clients choose when they book.
Can I sell a package of 10 massages?
Yes, on the Pro plan. The client pays for the package once, and Mylink marks every visit and shows how many are left.
Is there a commission?
Not on bookings. You pay a fixed monthly price, however many clients you book.
Can I ask about contraindications before a massage?
Yes. Create a questionnaire for your services – for example about varicose veins, pregnancy or recent injuries. Clients fill it in when they book, and the answers stay on their record.
What if a client doesn’t show up?
If you take deposits, you keep it: it’s charged automatically when free cancellation ends. You can block clients who don’t show up.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Send us your list – a spreadsheet or an export from your current system – and we’ll import it for you.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and stop whenever you like. The first 45 days are free.
