Mylink lists 1 place in the “Lagree studios” category in Sofia that you can book online.
The Lagree method is performed on a machine called the Megaformer, using slow, controlled movements under constant tension. It is low impact on the joints but extremely demanding on the muscles.
On Mylink you find Lagree studios, check the schedule and book a group class online.
Lagree uses a similar spring-resistance idea, but the tempo is slower, movements flow without rest and the focus is on strength and endurance. Classes are shorter but more exhausting.
Arrive early so the instructor can show you the machine. Do not worry if you cannot finish every rep — shaking muscles are normal with this method.
