Mylink lists 6 places in the “Reformer Pilates” category in Sofia, with an average rating of 5.0 out of 5 from 45 reviews.
The reformer is a machine with a sliding carriage and springs that add resistance, making exercises more challenging and precise. On Mylink you find reformer Pilates studios, compare schedules and reviews and book online.
Reformer classes are usually small, so they fill up fast — check availability early.
If you have never used a reformer, start with an intro or private session. The instructor will show you how to set the springs and move safely on the machine.
Regular sessions strengthen your core, glutes and back and improve posture and balance. Load is adjusted by changing springs, so the reformer suits all levels.

Надето е прекрасен инструктор, тренировките са съобразени с индивидуалните възможности на всеки, с грижа и внимание за всяко упражнение и най-важното - с нея винаги знаеш кога и как да дишаш! ❤️
The reformer adds spring resistance, making exercises more intense and varied. Mat Pilates relies on your body weight.
Yes, as long as you start with a beginner class or private session. The load adapts to your level.
Class size is limited by the number of machines, usually 4 to 12 people, so booking ahead is a good idea.
Most studios require grip socks for hygiene and safety. Some sell them on site.
