Most often two to three. Some people train with a coach once a week and follow the programme on their own on other days.
Some trainers give general nutrition guidance. For an individual diet plan, especially with health conditions, see a nutritionist.
Many trainers offer multi-session packages at a better price, listed on their profile.
In a gym, studio, outdoors or online, depending on the trainer. The location is shown on the profile and service description.
